- On-Premise Tunnel: For those accustomed to the on-premise UI, FusionReactor Cloud provides a tunnel that allows you to view data directly on your system. This is particularly useful for accessing sensitive data like JDBC calls, which are obfuscated in the cloud for security reasons.
- AI-Powered OpsPilot: The OpsPilot AI tool analyzes transactions and provides explanations, performance analysis, and solutions. The OpsPilot Hub can also augment it with custom knowledge about your environment.
- Integrations: FusionReactor Cloud integrates with popular tools like Teams, Slack, and Jira, enabling collaboration and issue tracking directly from your monitoring platform.
- Anomaly Detection: Instead of relying solely on manually configured alerts, the anomaly detection feature uses machine learning to identify unusual patterns in request rates, error rates, and request durations, providing proactive insights into potential issues.
- Observability Beyond CF and Java: The open telemetry agent allows you to instrument other integrations, such as MySQL databases and Windows servers, allowing FusionReactor Cloud to provide a holistic view of your entire infrastructure.
Migration and Subscriptions:
Migrating to FusionReactor Cloud is simple. You need a cloud license and a recent agent version (version 10 or above, ideally 12 or 2025). Graeme also discussed the different cloud subscription plans based on data ingestion and OpsPilot token usage, not the number of agents.
