What is a FusionReactor Annual Health Check?
An Annual Health Check ensures that you are getting the absolute best value out of FusionReactor. This service is available to anyone who has a FusionReactor license that is either in current maintenance or is a valid subscription, excluding Developer licenses.
A Health Check is a remote meeting with a senior support engineer, which will take approximately 30 minutes. It ensures that you have FR configured correctly for your technical landscape.
We check that you have a good understanding of the product capabilities to ensure that you are using it to solve issues in the most efficient way possible.
Am I entitled to a free Health Check?
Health Checks are available once per year to anyone who is entitled to the Premium Support Package
- Have a FusionReactor Enterprise or Ultimate license (either Cloud or On-Prem)
- Have a valid monthly/annual product license subscription or a valid Maintenance subscription
