We Recommend Adobe Platinum Support

We strongly recommend you look at Adobe’s Platinum Support option. Platinum is an optional annual maintenance/support product. The big advantage it gives you is that if you’re in support, you will automatically receive the next major version of ColdFusion e.g. CF2023.

Whilst we cannot say for sure when this will be released, it’s been usual that Adobe released in 2-3 year cycles – the last one was in Fall 2020.  If you’re in support, the new license key will automatically be placed on your Adobe LWS account.  Platinum support also includes 24-7 access to Adobe support engineers.  Please note, that you can ONLY purchase Platinum together with a new, or upgrade CF license – you cannot buy Platinum support after the fact.
